2. Returns Policy

  • We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
  • This is because our products are food items and cannot be resold once opened or delivered.

3. Eligible Cases for Refund / Replacement

We offer a replacement or refund only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong item
  • The product is spoiled or not fit for consumption

4. Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
  • Share your order details

5. Refund Process

  • Once your request is verified, we will:
    • Offer a replacement, or
    • Process a refund to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days

6. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Delay in reporting the issue beyond 24 hours
  • Normal variations in taste, color, or texture (as products are natural and handmade)

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
