- This is because our products are food items and cannot be resold once opened or delivered.

- The product is spoiled or not fit for consumption
4. Reporting an Issue
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

- Normal variations in taste, color, or texture (as products are natural and handmade)

- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
